Parking woes in Pittsburgh
Submitted by Ashwin Gopi
When I was in Pittsburgh last month, I rented out a car and parked it in a lot. First, I had to find the parking meter that was hidden far away behind a tree on the other side of the huge lot. When I got there, I realized that I had to enter the license plate number, which I did not know. So I had to trudge across the lot, read the plate and come back to enter it. I then had to take the ticket, walk back to the car and put the ticket inside the car and walk back out of the lot. I just thought it was a lot of work for a parking receipt.
