San Francisco Concealing Cords, Outlet

Unable to find a store-bought solution that would serve as a barrier between my 23-month old daughter and the tangle of cords and power strips living under my desk, I repurposed a drawing board as a false wall. It conceals well enough that she no longer has any interest in “exploring” under the desk.

In a supermarket: the cash desk has a space where to hide all the cables. It is
also a storage space and in this example the place for the printer's paper (the long folded type).
Having a space like this, all the cables are simply thrown in…

One outlet for most of my power needs in this space (computer, DVD player, TV, lights, chargers, etc). I did have the ethernet attached to the baseboard, but my dog pulled it out. Have used cable ties to try to tie up loose cable. Mostly try to shove the whole mess under my sofa.
