Two frogs play Magic the gathering while an iPhone charges.
I went to retrieve an iPhone cable a co-worker borrowed. I found it in the middle of a game of Magic the Gathering. iPhone cables get lost and borrowed all the time.
Seattle: Laptop + USB + power cord + Cheap Clamp
Submitted by Matt Conway
Problem:
Unplug my laptop to take it to a meeting. On return, end up on my hands and knees recovering the power cable and the USB keyboard cable that fell on the floor when I unplugged the machine. Who wants to do THAT all the time?
Solution:
Grab yourself a large document clip and snap it to the leg of the laptop stand. Thread the power cord and USB cord through the handles. Now when you disconnect, the cables actually get tangled and stuck in the handles of the clamp, keeping them from sliding off the desk. This uses a cord's natural tendency to get twisted and fouled up with other cords and objects to your advantage to keep the cords from going where you don't want them to go (namely: the floor.) I love turning the tables on entropy. Bwa ha ha.

In order to compact the size of the power supply a dedicated feature on the connector has been designed. That allows the connection of the cable with the connector and the closing of the loop.

Milan Dedicated Space?

The desks have a dedicated space for the cable management that should be kept
closed in the intention of the design, but the large amount of cables and the convenience of having it open for plug/unplug make the desk messy.

My wifi router is on shelf and as I’m continually having to unplug it to restart it, I leave it backwards (which means I can’t see the blinking lights to see if it’s working.) I use cable ties to manage some of the cables. This is the best I could do to manage the mess, mostly due to fat cables.
