The issue of technological literacy isn't confined to what kids do at home, but evolves through watched and applied behaviour. South Korea is currently the undisputed champion of public display/interaction - and in many places that would be served by static information first went with displays into introduce motion, and then touchscreens.
What are the cultural/geographic differences in the way that kids learn about how to interact with tablets and other devices?
